'スタッフの対応が良い'

'素晴らしいホテルでした！
家族含め4人の内1人が足が悪いおばあちゃんでしたが車椅子レンタルもありエレベーターも広く、部屋の中にも障害が無く、バリアフリーな良いホテルでした。
到着と同時にホテルマンが待機してくれて、荷物も全部部屋まで運んでくれた上、おばあちゃん用のバスルームで使う椅子も用意してくれました。帰りもスタッフの方が荷物を車まで運んでくれてとても助かりました。
部屋内も間接照明のみで少し暗かったですが用意してもらったエキストラベッドもとても寝心地良く、安眠できました。
値段もリーズナブルでこのサービスはとてもコスパの良いホテルだと感じました。
また千葉県に行った際には利用しようと思います。'

'As a foreigner with very little understanding of Japanese, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were in communicating with us. The counter staff used voice to text translators to translate their Japanese to English. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. The amenities were very clean and well-cared for. It was enjoyable to walk around the property and enjoy the cool weather in early summer. '

'Amazing value that includes top notch, and private, hot springs baths, and a delicious healthy japanese breakfast. The location is not the most convenient and be very careful going in and out of the parking area, it is a blind exit and cars are driving by quickly.'
