'Cleaning poor!!,receptionist’s very bad communication no one answered phones .,plus facilities not as they advertised supposed to be heated pool but was freezing .Panels inside the indoor pool was open and rain was coming down. Indoor pool dirty and was sand and press on nail there for 2 days. Spoke to the receptionist 3 times and nothing been fixed.Our Corridor was dirty and we haven’t seen anyone that presents to clean. No vacuum cleaner and only was broom was provided and no dust pan . BBQ...
