  • Prachtig gerenoveerd en gewoon prachtig op het noorden gelegen appartement vangt adembenemend uitzicht op de ongerepte glinsterende wateren van Shoal Bay. Geniet van het geweldige uitzicht vanuit dit luxe zelfstandige appartement dat kan worden gewaardeerd vanuit elke kamer die uitkomt op het grote balkon.  Lift naar het appartement.  Wandel over de weg naar Shoal Bay Beach en geniet van het cafe-gebied.

    Twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers, volledig uitgeruste keuken, airconditioning, groot zwembad in het complex plus een speelkamer die alleen kan worden genoten door gasten en bewoners van de Breakwater-appartementen.  Fantastisch voor een middag rond het zwembad, en relax daarna in de speelkamer, compleet met grote flatscreen-tv, pooltafel en keukenfaciliteiten.  Dit appartement bevindt zich in een beveiligingsgebouw en biedt onbeperkte WiFi.

    Deze accommodatie wordt compleet geleverd met alle bedden opgemaakt met beddengoed, badhanddoeken (en strandlakens) en een volledig uitgeruste keuken (met Nespresso-apparaat - BYO-pads) en wasfaciliteiten.  Gewoon aankomen geniet meteen van uw vakantie.

I would definitely give more than five stars for this apartment! Great location, clean, massive . Would definitely stay longer if it was a bit cheaper.

Perfect Shoal Bay property.

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Breeze 403. It is a beautiful, well appointed unit with excellent views of Port Stephens. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach, eateries and shops. I would also like to mention the cleanliness of the property and the quality of the linens used. Can’t recommend this unit highly enough!

Coffee, teas and all kitchen cleaning products. Beautiful big shaded balcony with deck chair and table and chsirs. Magnificent view to water and a few minutes walk to beach. Only downside was the noise and music from the Ramada bar until late in the night. Otherwise perfect

Beautiful unit loved our stay

We loved our stay the communication from the staff at the Bay holiday properties was amazing we had to change our dates and this was no problem for them and they phoned on our arrival to see that we we were able to get into the property at which point we did need help as we hadn’t realised we needed the swipe card from the locked box thank you Abbey as for the property we would happily return it is a beautiful apartment with amazing views and so clean. Had everything we needed and we also had access to a lovely pool. My only recommendation would maybe be a second Television in the main bedroom. We hope to return soon.

A maxing apartment. Expansive and beautiful view from the balcony and every room. A modern beautifully furnished apartment, well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Large TV with Netflix. A minute walk to beautiful Shoal Bay beach or enjoy the pool. Loved our stay.

Stunning Views

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay at 403 Breakwater. The owners have done a terrific renovation the apartment is stunning as soon as you walk in the door with the decor and the beautiful outlook is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to 403 Breakwater Apartment, Shoal Bay
