'Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience.'

'My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!'

'This property is amazing. I really love the courtyard. Also breakfast is clean and very good. The basketball court is my favorite part!'

'This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure'

'My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.'

'First off the prices were reasonable and the property was beautiful and luxurious! My first impression after we walked thru the entry way was WOW! High ceilings and open space. Huge area for hanging out with family and friends. The pool area was small and we didn't have the time to use it however the floor to ceiling windows made the space more appealing and would have been awesome to hang out at in the evening! The room we had was more than I could have even wished for. For the price we paid...

'Hot as hell in the building, AC in room did not work. AC in hallway not even plugged in, did not have a compatible plug in for the outlet right next to it. Phone in room was apparently just a prop as it was not connected to anything. Reaked of weed. Ceiling tiles missing, tiny double beds.'
