'Once you get used to not being a host and you have worked out the codes for all the doors it works ok. I understand the location but really could do with its own parking, luckily the road outside was under roadworks so I parked at the front.'

'This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.'

'Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day.
That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial.
So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have...

'Paul and his mam are excellent hosts and made us most welcome. The welcome pack was huge and a lovely touch. The cottage is stunning and quiet. Everything you need is in there and our dog loved the garden. Amenities are within walking distance and the main roads are easily accessible too. We were blessed with good weather and came home wishing we had booked a fortnight.'

'This property and the people that run it is excellent. It is ideal for the single traveller or a couple who just require a comfortable base whilst touring the area and the rest of Norfolk. It is very pet friendly and the hosts are excellent, however it is not the easiest location to find in Feltwell, without sat nav. The property is immaculate and well maintained.'
