'The overalll experience was very good.O ur kids had a great time at mini zoo and we all enjoyed our stay very much .The food and service at the Tangra restaurant was very good however they are only providing us with bottled water only which is priced at Rs 450 a bottle and they don't serve normal water which I found very very wrong considering that it's a standard norml in India to provide normal water along with bottled one .I was only left with the choice to either buy the Rs 450 bottle or...

'Fantastic property. So peaceful and the food is magnificent. Nagpal’s has just opened on the ground floor of the hotel, and the options for vegetarian food are endless. It’s my second visit since October 2025 and I will be staying here again for Diwali in 2026. '

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The food is delicious. Music during dinner and relaxing by the pool. We'll miss it all.'

'The workers are doing their utmost to let you feel comfortable, but the building is in a very pover condition. Toilet and shower don’t work well. It seems like since the building was opened they never more renewed it. It’s very said to see. Many things looks beautifully in picture but in reality its not. But this count for more places in India. Most of the people are proud to welcome you but this is not a place I’ll return for fun. It needs to be exclusively a business trip to be back. '

'Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. '

'Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. '

'Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....
