'Very conveniently located. Literally next door to both a laundromat and a 7-11, the 2 basic essentials of TW. Restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. There's even a McDonald's, KFC and Starbucks within walking distance if you're needing western food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet that has decent food. '

Wij maken de tyfoon mee en voor de voorzorgsmaatregelen willen ze dat men de dorp en hotel gaan verlaten want de ervaring zegt: de kans is groot dat de dorp wordt overstroomt en de toeristen kunnen dagen opgesloten zitten in de dorp en ergste geval zouden wij moeten evacueren naar de bergen , whaterver ! 'The spa has a very special atmosphere and is located in a beautiful setting. We did a full body massage which was amazing (add on cost). The rooms are a bit old but they add to the traditional feeling of the place. There is only one dinner option, hot pot, which tasted average. The room we stayed in was noisy due to a nearby machine running for the whole night, but the bed was huge and comfortable. Overall a very special experience and the spa is great.'

'We have spend 2 days at the Full Moon Spa. First night in a 4-p room and second night in 3-p room. The hotel interior has been designed with beautiful cypress wood, very nice atmosphere. The reception is located at the 5th floor and covers the dining and breakfast room. It has an outside veranda balcony overlooking the valley in almost all directions. Beautiful. The hotel is located in the old shopping street where one can find lively streetlife with a great variety of freshly prepared food!...

'Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich! Es kann dort auch Wäsche selbst gewaschen werden. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man so auf die Schnelle braucht. Gute MRT Anbindung. Nicht weit bis zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Kann man Selbstregulation. Wenn man den Knopf „Bitte reinigen „ drückt, wird es erledigt. So muss nicht jeden Tag unbedingt jemand sauber machen. Für mich hat alles soweit gepasst! Würde wieder buchen! '

'We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! '
