'The hotel is an older building, nice and cozy. The best part is their customer service they go out of their way to help you. It was our first day in China and they were so kind to us and help us to get around and to use all the apps properly. The rooms had a nice shower and the rooms had everything you need.'

'Hotel is 1 year ago open. Everything is new. The room is very nice, comfortable. The personels are very friendly and helpful. They help us book the tickets in Jiuzhaigou and we can pay them back afterward. They also booked the tickets for opera and bring us to theater. '

'The Dorsett Grand hotel is one of the better hotels to stay in while in Chengdu. As far as comfort goes, the rooms are equipped well and maintained carefully by the friendly staff. The bed meets the European standard, the bathroom in my opinion exceeds the same standard. The only downside to this hotel that we experienced during our trip is that they seem to be connected to a central heating system (which is the case for most hotels in China), which meant that while we were staying in the hotel...
