'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. 'Good modern hotel. Breakfast was a highlight- cute, homely and modern setting with good selection of food in the buffet- especially the fluffy pancakes that were made to order. Location - Nice to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but close enough to be able to walk there in about 15 min.'

'From the time i gt to the hotel the staff and the room was amazing. It was my husband and daughter first time out of the country and they didnt realize how humble others could be. The staff made sure we were greeted and treared from the day we arrive to the day we left. The rating of a 5 isn't the proper value to give this hotel. I would give them a 9.8 star. 'The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Disney Monorail which was very convenient. Also there was a very nice Disneyshop in the hotel. Because of the room we booked (a bigger room for 4 or 5 people) we had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 12th floor with nice views over Disney and Tokyo Bay.
