'Hotel scoort zeer goed op netheid, ontbijt. De locatie scoort minder goed: ligt op 30 minuten rijden van de luchthaven (eerst ander hotel bediend). Bovendien is de gratis shuttle naar luchthaven soms beperkt tot 1 per uur. De locatie is prima voor bezoek Narita stad en shopping mall. Gratis shuttle dienst en daar worden bij drukte zelfs taxi's ingezet. '

The room super clean, spacious and well equiped. The personnel super friendly! The inhouse luggage forwarding service fantastic! And the price super reasonable! I am sorry i didnt book more nights here for my family… I warmly recommend this place!!!'

'The room was modern and large compare to other Japanese brand hotels we have stayed on this trip. I really appreciate having plenty of electrical plugs for all of our devices next to both sides of the bed. There was no breakfast buffet but they had American and Japanese set breakfast that were adequate. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from Tokyo station or 1200 yen cab ride. There is a local train station entry on the same block as the hotel so you can take either Tozai or Hibiya line to...
