'Fabulous location on the edge of Sidmouth and easy walk to Byes. Property quaint but a little dated. Ideally would have new bathroom more outside space and less clutter. Didn’t see hosts but lovely welcome pack and lots of useful notes/ info on house and area. Would definitely stay again.'

'Wat een prachtige locatie voor je vakantie aan zee. Een keurig hotel met een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Het minpuntje was het kleine 2 persoonsbed. Wij hadden een familie kamer met ons 3en. Dus 1 2 persoons en 2 1 persoons bedden. Iedereen een eigen bed dan maar. De wc trok slecht door en de parkeerplaatsen waren krap. Maar ik zou het hotel volgende keer zeker weer kiezen.'

'I had a lovely room, I was surprised breakfast wasn’t included/offered. Staff were friendly but I couldn’t get internet which may have been just me. I was on my own and wanted to plan my next day, couldn’t even get 4G. Not even in the bar. Young lady said it was a bad area??!! Plenty parking and lots of people eating so food must be good. I just had (a very small) portion of chips. '

'Mixed review. The room was clean, even if a bit dated. The bathroom could have been better for the room rate. The mira shower was similar to the one I had at home more than 20 years ago. The pillows were firm and of poor quality for a room costing over £300 per night but the bed was comfy. The longe area had a fabulous sea view and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The parking was easy. The breakfast was a bit sparce for £40 but cooked very well. We would stay again if on the area.'

'We had a very pleasent stay at the hotel. When we arrived, they gave us an upgraded room with a beautifull balcony and view at the town and river. The room looked just renovated and had a beautifull design. Good and large bed, clean rooms. The restaurant was very good and personal very friendly.'
