The location is great and the staff is very friendly. The gym however is subpar (few hand weights and machines not working). We were disappointed that there was only one person who could make the drinks at the poolside bar and because he was not working for two days it meant we couldn’t have a smoothie. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful but definitely interesting as we have never seen spaghetti offered for breakfast.

This is a beautiful property walkable to popular tourist areas. The staff was lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. There is a very nice breakfast buffet. The staff will arrange tours, drivers, etc as needed. Great value for the price.

This was an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. A lovely breakfast buffet was included. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful and everyone spoke English. The pool is small but refreshing. The hotel is only blocks from the main tourist area. The staff can arrange tours and guides to visit Angkor Wat and other attractions. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the Roof Top Bar is closed, the Pool Bar average and only up on request-and honestly the Pool is in the shade after 11am and is sitting next to the reception. Not really the place to relax, the pictures are misleading. And there is no Spa just a massage room;-) BUT 5 stars for the Front Desk Team!! Great job! Welcoming, friendly and professional!

Great place to stay in Siem Reap! The hotel is spotlessly clean and centrally located to great restaurants and popular destinations. The staff are professional and helpful, they provided local recommendations and helped with transportation to the airport. They also have a beautiful pool and complimentary breakfast. One item to note that surprised us: the shower is located outside the bathtub and drains on the bathroom floor. It worked out just fine, but water tends to spread all over the floor.

A good hotel very well located right near pub street right in the Centre of Siem Reap. Staff were helpful. This is a new hotel so everything is new. Good facilities although the hotel itself does not have a lot of character. Also pillows were too high and we needed to ask for lower profile ones for comfort. TV also hard to use unlike other hotels we stayed in in Cambodia.

Hotel had parking right in front so it was perfect for us when checking in and going to the Pub Street. Although I can't say for sure about the amenities that the place offered, we were told that it was recently renovated which makes sense as everything was in new/good condition. I would argue that this place had the most space in the bathroom and room for the price point. Easily the nicest place that we stayed at during our entire Cambodia trip. Thank you to the staff for being helpful and accommodating us when we needed it.

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff were kind, helpful and understanding. Situated 10 mins from Pub Street - can't come here without visiting Pub Street and bars and entertainment until 4am. I have no complaints of the hotel and staff.

Nous avons été très surpris d'être accueilli par un copieux petit déjeuner alors que nous étions arrivés très en avance sur notre horaire !! Le personnel est très attentif à nos demandes. Nous avons pris cet hôtel avec beaucoup de scepticisme pour fêter notre retraite, mais là vraiment nous n'avons eu aucun regret. C'était très agréable d'être chouchouté par le personnel de l'hôtel. Wonderful Hotel
This a very nice hotel & not expensive. We just did 2 nights which was enough to visit what we wanted to see. Location of hotel was good, walking distance to Raffles hotel (a must for Happy Hour) and to Pub Street & the Night Market. Hotel sorted our sunrise visit to the temples for the standard rate. There own chap with Tuk Tuk took us there. I arranged for Mony Reach to pick us up & drop us back at airport for a fair price. Breakfast was nice and the rooms are of a high standard. Pool is small but clean. Best of all was the staff. They couldn’t do enough for us, lovely people.

街中にあり便利で設備は綺麗
中心地にありちょと大きなスーパーまで3分くらい、パブストリートまで10分弱でした。 ホテルの部屋や設備は綺麗で、プールやジムなど利用させて頂きました。 他の方の指摘で、週末夜の騒音については発生していましたが、寝れない程ではなくいつの間にか寝ていました! AM10時に到着したら無料で部屋を使わせて頂き、チェックアウトもPM2時まで、2時間無料でした。 ロビーで待っていると、直ぐに用件を聞いてくれ、冷水を持って来てくれました。

1月に3泊しました。とてもコストパフォーマンスの良いホテルだと思いました。従業員も若い方が多いですが、皆感じの良い方ばかりでした。朝食は1日おきにビュッフェスタイルとコンチネンタル、現地風などからのチョイスで、どちらも良かったです。2度ほど停電がありましたが、すぐ復旧しました。カンボジアではどのホテルでもよくあるみたいですね。
