'Great location in historic Quito with excellent service. The free breakfast is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here. However, it would be nice if the wifi worked a bit better in the rooms further away from the common room area and if the hot water was reliable. We took a handful of icy showers. '

'Overall a great stay. I super recommend! Most of the staff was very nice and friendly. Only one staff member was not that great. But that's ok! They cleaned my room every day and supplies fresh towels. I love that! They also gave two bottles of water complimentary. My stay came with a free breakfast buffet, which was delicious. It came with bread/cereal, fruits, eggs, side dish like sausages or yuca bolitas, coffee, cappuccino, yogurt, cheese and deli meats, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The...
