'Parking privado . El personal es adorado ! Permiten mascotas y son muy amables con las mascotas ! Esto es genial . Es una casa colonial reformada muy linda, en el centro historico. No encontraras nada igual en la cuidad de riobamba con estas caracteristicas . Y si viajas con mascotas ... es tu mejor opcion. !

'It’s a beautiful property, very good lication and an oasis in the hectic city. The staff was very helpfull when we moved to another room. The historic mansion was a great place to stay, next time we would stay longer here.'
'Bij aankomst bij het hotel blijkt de tweepersoons kamer op hotels.com de duurdere kamer voor 4personen te zijn. Wanneer we vragen of we van kamer mogen wisselen is men hiertoe niet bereidt (scheelt $25 p/n).
Verder lijkt het hotel eerder een B&B met z'n alleen aan de ontbijttafel...

'Our experience were perfect in some many ways, the employes were very warm and helpful with the reservations for the local attractions, the entertainment living room in the hotel with the games and the karaoke let us enjoy in a safety way, the room was excelent and very confortable, the absence of tv wasnt necessary, I will absolutely return there and recommend them.
My only sugestion is to put a fan inside de room.
