  • Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida - Crescent Beach. Deze duplex villa met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer is 1000 m² woonkamer, eethoek, een volledige keuken (alle apparatuur), Lanai. Centrale verwarming / ac. De eenheid heeft een koning, 2 tweelingen, slaper. 3 tv's. Het ligt tegenover ons grote verwarmde zwembad en bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping. Dit apparaat ligt op korte loopafstand van kristalheldere en witte zandstranden. Dit aantrekkelijke complex bevindt zich op het breedste deel van Crescent Beach. Het uitzicht is pittoresk en de zonsondergangen zijn prachtig. Er zijn 2 strandhuisjes, strandstoelen en een mooie binnenplaats aan het strand met sjoelbak. Er is ook een recreatieruimte met zwembad, tafeltennis, airhockey. Bezoek het Island House Beach Resort en maak van uw vakantie een onvergetelijke ervaring.

Reviewer Comments: The carpet going up the stairs into the 2nd floor condo I think used to be a tan colour now it is so stained and disgusting it's probably 45 years old really needs to be updated. There were Cockroaches and palmetto bugs. The kitchen cabinet door was falling off. You had to hold the toilet handle down till it flushed all the way.

Phenomenal white sand, water and cleanliness. Fantastic grilling options, however would have been nice to have been more centrally located. Walkable options for meals and free shuttle/trolley available. Nice to have screened outdoor seating area. Beautiful property!

The management staff was always friendly and helpful.Th village is a short distance away on Siesta Key . We would highly recommend villa 10 as it can be a 2 or 4 bedroom depending on what you would like to book. It’s one stand alone villa that is 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Great unit in a great complex. Partial ocean view, 2-3 minute walk to spectacular beach, nice pool, and family friendly. Unit has functional kitchen (pots/pans, dishes/bowls, glasses, etc). Only criticism is lack of kitchen "basics" - sponge, scrub brush, salt/pepper, etc., but minor issue compared to every other positive feature.

Our villa was too close to the office and all the action...Too many cars coming and going...Loved the proximity to the gulf and the chairs and sand...beautiful beach!!! Our villa, 10B could use an update on furniture and fixtures...all a little worn but useable...All staff were friendly and courteous...We had a nice time!!!
