Het heeft een grote woonkamer, eethoek, volledig uitgeruste keuken, alle apparatuur, gescreend Lanai, overdekte parkeerplaats, centrale AC / warmte, 3 tv's, gratis wi-fi in eenheid! Het heeft een koning, 2 twins, een slaapbank. Het apparaat beschikt niet over een vaste lijn telefoon. De unit is op een steenworp afstand van de turquoise wateren van de Golf van Mexico. Dit prachtig onderhouden complex is op het breedste deel van Crescent Beach. Het complex heeft 2 strandhuisjes, strandstoelen, een groot verwarmd zwembad, game room en een mooie binnenplaats aan het strand waar u de meest prachtige zonsondergangen zullen ervaren. Er zijn vele winkels, restaurants, golfen, vissen, tennis, varen, parasailing in het gebied. Busch Gardens / Disney zijn binnen een korte rij-afstand. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Island House every year since 1983 and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else! Happy to see so many of the units being upgraded and this one was no exception! Very clean and nicely appointed. Couldn’t think of one negative thing to say about V-28. I will say that there wasn’t a lot of customer friendly vibes coming from behind the counter in the office! Almost felt like we were interrupting their day when we picked up the keys! And the only other feedback I would have is that the pool is uncomfortably hot! It was hot in April when we were down and it was too hot to even get in when we were there at the end of May. I’m not sure what changed with that because we have been visiting for many years.

Perfect location

We loved the location- and the villa was lovely. Looks like kitchen and one bath were recently updated - everything we needed was there. Odd as it may seem- it was very “dimly lit.” Seemed like all the bulbs were very low and the upholstery/ rugs could use a good cleaning. Master mattress and bedding was a little worn . We love Island House though! Great management- pool was very clean and the beach is unbeatable

Everything was beautiful and so accommodating. The only thing I will mention, is the master bedroom stayed very hot despite keeping blinds shut and door open and the air down. We ended up shutting the vents in the other bedroom and that did make the master bedroom cool off more. Just thought I would mention it. But overall it was an AMAZING stay and we can’t wait to return.

The resort is beachfront with apartments and villas. The villa was equipped with all we needed and we loved the lanai. The staff was very attentive before during and after. Shout out to Scott! We loved having Johnny’s Rides for our transpiration to siesta key village ~ Or use the free trolley that runs every 20 mins. We are booking for next year. Siesta Key is a great fun area w/ most bars and restaurants in the village ~ 2 miles from Island House !!

The place we stayed in was very clean and close to the beach and pool. It was absolutely perfect. It wasn’t too close to downtown and the noise but close enough to catch the trolleys that would stop throughout the day to pick you up.

exactly as advertised. nice condo, quiet and with beach access. I have been visiting the area for over 20 years and am familiar with the village and the key. Nice place. The condo had a few light bulbs out or missing, but was very clean. Separate MBR and bath is huge, guest room is great for kids and guests.

on the beach location was perfect for us, not far from siesta village and public beach, yet close to major road to Sarasota. Customer service has plenty of room for improvement, but we didn't have any major issues. wifi is NOT reliable.
