'The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well.'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just...

'The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!'

'The hotel needs updating. There were holes in my curtains, my carpet was wet, the over all room did not have enough light. But the kicker for me not to continue my stay was the ROACH in my bath room. When i said something the desk clerk. Simply said sorry. Food was decent. There was no ice available other than on the morning and at snack time.'
