'Clean/ quiet'

'The thing I loved most was a huge breakfast they serve everyday!! It was amazing! Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. Parking was a little issue but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.'

'Location was great. Clean hotel. Beds were a little too firm. The amount of light that comes under the door was terrible. Had to put a towel at the door every night. Parking could be better. You have to pay for parking and the restaurant attached is rather busy so if your coming in at dinner time on a weekend it wasn’t easy to find parking.'

'The hotel looked good on the outside but the elevator was on its last leg. The room smelled awful and there's no way I would shower in the bathroom. The tub was falling apart. It seemed clean on the surface and the staff was very nice.'

'The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well.'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just...

'The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!'

'Perfect hotel well situated '

'The hotel location is excellent, two blocks or less from the river, Aquarium, Imax, children's museum and the baseball stadium. Plenty of food options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. They also have a private parking lot, but costs $20/day. The only negative I have regarding the hotel is that road noise from Hwy 27 is noticeable. My complaint is regarding Expedia. We booked a one-room suite through Expedia. Upon reaching the hotel, we were told that Expedia...
