'We love the property. The only problem we had was Waze took us into the school parking lot first and we had a nice tour of the school and the grounds. I then realized it was the next driveway. The alpacas were fun. Very friendly. The house left a bag of kibble in our unit to feed the alpacas with. They had a great alpaca gift shop.Something to note, one of the units is actually a basement unit. It does have windows so it does let light in, but it is below another unit and is a basement unit. 'We loved seeing the alpacas every day. The house is clean and well-stocked with everything we needed as far as utensils and cookware. Unfortunately the jetted tub was not working, but the owner was not aware. Hope to stay again soon!'

'We loved this house, which was 5 minutes from family, where we were having an Engagement Party. We had plenty of room for the 3 sets of adults and 4 children ages 2 to 17. We weren't at the house much due to the party help we were offering and the party itself but the time we were there we were all very comfortable. 'Communication with the host was great. They even did special touches to help us celebrate a birthday. It was a cute bnb in a cute quiet neighborhood. Very lovely little space that could sleep a family. Very pleasant overall. Loved meeting puppies of other visiting guests. Though there were spider webs around baseboards and in the bathroom. We had to kill a black widow we found in the bathroom. Other than that, it was great. Would love to visit again. '

'Clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful homeand great communication. We stayed in August when it was pretty hot. Didn't know that the air conditioner was a swamp cooler. It's not really healthy to use. Hopefully they also replaced the grill because it was rusted out. Really satisfied with our stay. Thank you!!!'

'Our Colorado room was beautiful. We appreciated the beautiful decor, air conditioning, far over bed, fireplace and shampoo and soap since we forgot ours, and complimentary drinks in fridge and a wonderful breakfast in the morning and coffee with creamer. We will be back again. '

'We brought our family to Glenwood Springs for our family vacation. The place was perfect! It was very comfortable and clean. Perfect location for our morning walks to a small local coffee place to get our morning drinks… The hosts were very accommodating for any thing we needed to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again! '

"Middelmatig hotel prijs/kwaliteit. Ontbijt was naar Amerikaanse normen goed. Kamers zijn zeer slecht geïsoleerd en dagelijkse schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Geeft een beetje een "motel" gevoel met uitzicht op de parking. Vriendelijkheid medewerkers was afhankelijk van persoon tot persoon. Positief was aanwezigheid van zwembad en aanwezigheid van enkele padel pleinen, 's avonds mogelijkheid tot gezellig buiten samenzitten rond open (gas)haard en gratis huren van gewone fietsen (e-bikes zijn betalend). Ook ligging van hotel is prima: ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen. Ruime parking"
