'Our stay at Reason Ranch was idyllic. We counted at least 20 different trails and hikes on the property itself. Children, dogs, and adults were all thrilled. 'I was staying in town for a funeral and found this property. It is about 10-12 minutes from the grocery store and in a quiet country setting. The house was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen dish-wise. While staying, I didn't cook anything, so I can't speak on the cooking utensils. 'We were looking for a place that was above and beyond the typical. We were very happy with the whole vibe the house provided. Very clean, well appointed and executed and in a great location that was easy to access. The amenities covered everybody from the pre-teens to adults. The game room, enclosed outdoor porch and hot tub with fireplace was perfect as well as the long front porch with wood rockers. The laundry machines were high capacity and easy to use. 'We chose Blackberry Hill because, with a strenuous hike, the lake was accessible! Now, you do have to turn and hike down levels once you reach the end of the steps, but there is a great rock ledge. We navigated down with kayaks, fishing poles and a paddle board, and a 5 and 2 year old!!! But once we got to the water, it was incredible! If you want to get to the water on Centerhill lake, I recommend Blackberry Hill!'
