'The stay was ok but not anything to recommend. There was dog hair on the beds and moldy coffee in the coffee pot. It was cold and the mini splits had a hard time keeping anything warm. We had NO idea how steep the drive was to get to the house; a pretty harrowing experience to get there at night and a little scary for us that didn’t have 4 wheel drive to go back up. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience but we wouldn’t do it again '

'Home was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Cindy was an excellent host. Very close to downtown Sparta. Must eat at the pizza place in the square. '

'Home was very clean, nicely decorated, and close to Sparta and Cookeville. Plenty of room for two, and although very cold the night we arrived, the host had the home warm and toasty when we arrived, and it was welcomed. Everything you need and quiet. We had planned to leave a day earlier but after seeing the sights we wanted to explore a little more. Messaged the host through the site and she sent a form for the additional night at the price when rented. Very good communication with the host....

'The house was very comfortable. We would have loved to open the windows, but there were no screens. The patio was not closed off so we couldn't sit outside with the dogs. Be sure to get there before dark as there are no reflective numbers by the road to identify the house.'

'Lovely home! Had everything we needed and more. Really liked the decoration and layout. There was so much to do in the house from movies to games to fire pit and it’s close to a lot of really nice falls. '

'We had a great time! We had more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. Bathrooms were plenty big and enough hot water for everyone! Great host and a great house! '
