The house was mostly clean, but some sheets were very thin and one set had stains on them (Photo taken) All the windows need a clean. Kitchen sufficiently stocked with equipment. Dust bunnies under all the couches. Appreciate it is hard to do a full clean with minimum time between customers. We had a lovely Christmas gathering and would recommend to friends. As a professional cleaner, I would be happy to come back and clean all...

'We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.'

'Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make.'
