Gelegen in Beacon Hill, ontdekt u dit mooie nieuw gebouwde huis met uitzicht op de Caribische zee. Deze moderne woning beschikt over twee slaapkamers van vergelijkbare grootte aan de oceaan, waardoor het een van onze beste St. Maarten appartementen voor familie / vrienden die samen reizen. Het eiland St. Maarten staat bekend om zijn bruisende nachtleven, prachtige witte zandstranden en vriendelijke sfeer.

Ga zitten met een koel glas wijn terwijl u op een van de vele ligstoelen op het ruime houten terras leunt. Als de temperatuur te heet is, ga dan voor een koele duik in het zwembad met uitzicht op de Caribische zee. Het terras is perfect voor luie middagen. Als extra voorzieningen, deze villa beschikt over Wi-Fi-toegang, TV in elke kamer en de diensten van een huishoudster.

Binnen heeft de woonkamer smaakvolle moderne meubels in witte tinten en toegang tot de buitenlucht. Als u van een huisgemaakte maaltijd houdt, bevat de keuken roestvrijstalen apparaten, waaronder een vaatwasser, een koffiezetapparaat en een ijsmachine.

De twee even grote slaapkamers van deze villa zorgen voor maximaal vier gasten om te overnachten (extra opklapbed en wiegjes op aanvraag). Elke individueel ingerichte suite beschikt over een kingsize bed, airconditioning en een televisie en een badkamer.

Tijdens uw verblijf in Cliff House ligt de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt op slechts twee minuten afstand in Maho en bent u gunstig gelegen nabij restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden. Wanneer u klaar bent om wat te verkennen, ligt de villa dicht bij alles, 10 minuten van Marigot, de Franse hoofdstad, 2 minuten van Simpson Bay en Maho; ondertussen kunnen fervente golfers in slechts 3 minuten op de green spelen. Het beste van alles, het is een snelle twee minuten rijden naar Cupecoy Beach, een van de mooiste op het eiland.

The location is great, but the house is in dire need of maintenance. Peeling paint, lighting inside and outside that only works for 60%. Outside sockets and switches not protected from the rain. Pool cover is dangerous with screws sticking out above the planks. The surrounding garden can hardly be called a garden, nothing has been done to it for years. The swimming pool (if you want to call it that) could not be refilled because the new garden hose is too short. Outdoor furniture needs replacing. Sliding door in the living room cannot be locked so you are forced to lower the roller shutter. Considering the noise this makes, I do not know how long this will continue to work. Outside gate does not close, gate in the fence does not close so anyone can walk onto the property and this has happened. Information folder is no longer correct. There are holes in the screens. The boiler works but is an accident that is about to happen, completely rusted away. The bathroom area is in dire need of maintenance. Kitchen counter badly damaged in some places. I could go on and on and the owner (given his previous comments on reviews) will probably disagree. But we have 36 photos with evidence.

The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. Location is near a very busy area, but didn't feel like it back in the community where the house and property are located. We would stay here again if ever back to Sint Maarten!

We really liked location because we are a family of plane spotters and enjoyed proximity to airport, Maho beach, and other good plane spotting spots (like nearby Dinghy’s covered balcony). The views of the bay were gorgeous to wake up to and enjoy in the evenings. We liked having daily visits from iguanas and gekkos on the cliff. As other reviewers have mentioned, some aspects of the place were a bit run down and I get the wear and tear that these rental island homes go through. For me that’s where I felt I didn’t get the value paid ($$$) for. Knives were dirty. We intentionally did not use kitchen stuff much though as I didn’t want to deal with ants (which I get can be normal). Also living room TV did not work at all (Stacey said there had been a power outage so that’s why it wasn’t working - though all other tvs and appliances were in good working order). So our evenings were mostly spent in our respective bedrooms instead of relaxing together in the living room. The main sliding door to veranda did not lock so the only way to feel secure was to close the exterior metal shade. Overall we enjoyed our stay in St Maarten though.

We had a wonderful week in St Maarten at the Cliffside property overlooking Simpson Bay. Perfect for 2 couples with great outdoor spaces and views of the water on 2 sides. We will definitely be back!

Booked this Villa for our stay in St. Marteen, St. Martin. We thought it was a great price for 7 days. From the pics it looked fantastic also. A few things about the island. If you are using an American phone, texts don't always go through. To and from your phone. Even emails are sketchy. Contact with the management was spotty at best. Upon arriving the landscaping was unkempt, non working security gates, this will be important later. We also found that doors were also unable to be locked. After the agent left we found stained towels, ants in everything. The fit and finish was not as good as it looked in pics. Sliding doors were difficult to move and didn't lock. Showers looked dirty and the power kept throwing breakers when using the microwave. We were supposed to get 2 days of housekeeping service got one after 4 days and had to call about that. Then they showed with no warning, washed the towels, swept and mopped the living room only, and did a few knives and forks, and took out the garbage. Neither bathroom was cleaned. On day 3 two men appeared from nowhere and stood at the back yard windows watching my wife in the nude getting dressed until she spotted them. They calmly walked away smiling as she screamed. They just walked on the property and stood at the glass doors and watched her shower. Owners had no idea who they were or why they were.. The view was the best thing about the villa. It was breath taking.

This is probably the worst kept property I have stayed in. The house has a amazing view. That misguided be to only good thing I can say about it. The house is weathered. There is carpenters ants. The house had a surface clean at nest. The sheets was not clean. The countertops are misusing on the side. The mattress is stained. The bathroom is missing tile and ants comes thru the cracks.We had to wash the sheets but the washer was in French so difficultly getting completely clean. The pool is not really a pool it is an oversized bathtub. The deck needs to be restrained and fixed. It is very hazardous. The outside furniture on the main deck is weathered and not kept. There was holes in the screens. The lights go out which is not fault of the property but it would have been nice to know so that pre-planning could have been sought. The cleaning lady was not very nice. The person that greets you gave the wrong address and did not respond to text. The booking agent was semi aware of issues. The concierge was properly the only one that followed thru and was helpful for car booking, ferry’s information. But did not book just the numbers to call. I will not suggest to stay here if you have a issue with cleanliness. This was probably mediocre at best. I would suggest to book a resort instead. Very disappointed.

The property was not as pictured - stayed less than 24 hours - I was with my 11 yr. twins - John refused to provide a different place - my kids were crying because we did not feel safe. we slept together in 1 bed. The house is on a dirt lot - not one flower - John Property Manager refused a refund - said if i leave a nice review he will refund 2 days. pictures were changed when i called for a new place - pool was dirty and being filled and not the pool in the pictures - bathroom had peeling paint - front door is steel - back doors had no lock and had to be secured with the hurricane shutters - John said you should have taken travel insurance - he refused to allow me to contact owner - vrbo could not contact owner - we left and stayed at Simpson Bay Resort and Marina which was lovely.

This property is in a great location--easy walk to Maho and Driftwood Bar and Restaurant (highly recommend). It's also far enough away that it's quiet. John and Stacey were very helpful and the house was the perfect size for my daughter and I. Highly recommend.

This two-bedroom, two-bath home sits on a low cliff with spectacular views of Simpson Bay from the spacious back decks (2) and equally beautiful ocean views from the front deck. Accenting the property is a small swimming pool perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The house is located on a quiet street lined with private residences. It's not far from the airport making it convenient to visit the island's many tourist destinations. We rented a car which allowed us the freedom to venture out on our own, but we also used Sunita Taxi Service (ask for Rog) when we didn't want to deal with the congested island parking. The birds and iguanas were an added treat! The only criticism we have is that we wish the property manager had taken more time to explain the appliances (washer & dryer, cooktop, the capacity of the water heater, and how to sign into the television). On the other hand, John, the owner, went out of his way to communicate with us prior to our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Cliff House and would definitely stay there again.

It was a gorgeous property. We loved the iguanas that surround the property. It was very clean and cozy with incredible views. We were very comfortable for the entire week. The hot water issue, is not an issue as far as I’m concerned. Yes it runs out but frankly the normal temp of the water here is very refreshing We had everything we needed and would definitely return!!

I’m hard pressed trying to recall nicer accommodations from all my travel. Yes the airport is close by and the hot water runs out in the shower, but these minor issues were more than compensated by the overall experience.
