The view was amazing! The pool was very nice for a small group. Well stocked kitchen and convenient location. The biggest downfall was that it was advertised as air conditioned but actually only the bedrooms are, not the other areas. I realize this is common in the Caribbean but it should be advertised that way.

The ladies(Olivia et al) were great . Place was clean and well maintained. Well equipped. Good location to get into town and not far from anything. St Maartens requires some work and a sense of adventure. The place is in a good area. You can tell it’s been impacted by the hurricanes over the years. Had a great time.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront VRBO in St Maarten! The location couldn’t have been better-steps from the ocean with an incredible infinity pool that we used constantly, both to cool off during the day and for unforgettable sunset photo ops (a huge hit with my teenage daughters). The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed from kitchen essentials to plenty of towels. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, beds were comfortable, the bedroom A/C units kept things perfectly cool at night, and the large living room fan made the space feel fresh and breezy even in the heat of the day.We also appreciated the warm welcome from the housekeeper, who showed us around and kept everything in great shape throughout our stay. We rented a car and explored all over the island, and every single meal we had was absolutely delicious. We’ve already shared this property with several friends and would absolutely recommend staying here. We would love to come back!

Birthday surprise

We chose the property based on proximity to family in the neighborhood and we could not have been happier with our selection. The private pool and access to beach was wonderful. The facility was beautiful and clean and suited our needs perfectly as the en suite bathroom for each bedroom was great.

Great house on Ocean Front

We loved this house with the sound of the waves and the ocean front view. Pool was great and was a wonderful place to hang out. The house is Close to many things but still feels very private. House was clean and had everything we needed to cook most our meals.

Amazing Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time at Namaste. You could not beat the view. Our family enjoyed relaxing by the pool, snorkeling/walking in front of the property and gazing at the yacht's anchored not far from our location. I would highly recommend Namaste.

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay, especially considering the price we paid. The villa has incredible views, and the pool was definitely the highlight of the property. Those two things are what made our stay enjoyable.Unfortunately, the villa is in need of a deep cleaning and several updates. The towels should also be replaced, as they appeared old and worn. There was also a very strong sewer smell coming from the toilets throughout our stay, which was unpleasant and took away from the overall experience. While our housekeeper, Ms. Olive, was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, the overall condition of the property still fell short of expectations. In fact, if I hadn’t personally seen Ms. Olive cleaning, I wouldn’t have felt confident that the villa was clean because of its overall condition. She was friendly, attentive, and truly the bright spot of our stay.Unfortunately, despite Ms. Olive’s excellent service, we did not feel the villa was worth the amount we paid. With better maintenance, updated furnishings, a deeper level of cleanliness, and addressing the sewer odor, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and private. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the crashing waves. It was so peaceful and the perfect place to reconnect. We highly recommend this place. House was very clean and Tamisha was very attentive to all of our needs. We didn’t want to leave! Namaste all day! We will be back.

Worth every penny!

"We had an incredible stay at Villa Namaste! The property is gorgeous, with every room beautifully appointed. The view from the patio is breathtaking—worth every penny. Sitting in the infinity edge pool, looking out over the bluest Caribbean waters while watching mega yachts sail by, was a highlight of our days. The villa is also conveniently located close to many cool restaurants, some even within walking distance, which was perfect for our evenings out. The staff, particularly Olive and Tamisha, were always reachable and exceptionally helpful in answering our questions and providing awesome recommendations. Highly recommend for a luxurious and relaxing getaway."

Beautiful Home

It’s a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping and casinos. The only complaint is that they’re doing construction next door and there is drilling into a shared wall. I should also note that the neighbors dog barking (hours non-stop)had to be addressed. The owners and property manager handled each situation well with good communication.
