Prachtig ingerichte villa met 2 slaapkamers, 2. 5 badkamers bevindt zich in een goed ontworpen, gezellige, omheinde privégemeenschap met nachtbeveiliging, onze unit kijkt uit op het strand, dat op een steenworp afstand van uw voordeur ligt, met eilandtuinen en uitzicht daarbuiten.


Dit appartement voelt alsof het op zijn eigen afzonderlijke eiland direct aan het strand ligt met een ongerept uitzicht op het kristalblauwe water dat een zachte glijbaan biedt wanneer u het water ingaat, voor gemak, ontspanning en natuur op zijn best.

Woongedeelte is open en comfortabel met ligstoelen die u uitnodigen om te ontspannen / uitkijken op de oceaan en genieten van uw avonden, met een kleine bar voor cocktails.

Inbegrepen in het verblijf, bieden wij taxivervoer op aanvraag van en naar de Dutch Side Airport voor maximaal vier gasten, meer dan vier is een kleine vergoeding van $ 6. 00 US per persoon.

We had such a wonderful stay. The hosts are beyond wonderful! They are attentive and helpful with so much attention for detail. Wonderful stay at Barefoot

Just returned from a 7-day stay at this property and can't say enough good things about it. It was roomy for our party of 4 adults, and it seemed that every need was accounted for. Best way to describe it is to imagine you own your own spacious condo on the beach, you've furnished it well and completely, and have visited it over several years so that every little need and detail has been addressed. We really enjoyed our stay here -- we actually spent more time at and around the condo than originally intended because it was just so nice! And it's so close to the surf that you can hear the waves all day long. We'll be back!Sylvia (the host/property manager) was so helpful both before and during the trip. Thanks!Answers to my big questions before the trip:- Is Simpson Beach a good beach to stay at? YES, for sure. There are some other good beaches, but Simpson is the best combo of size, quality and access -- it's the only one where you can walk out your door and have toes in the waves in less than a minute. And it didn't feel crowded at all.- How accepted are US dollars? We went all over St Martin, and had no problems using dollars or credit cards anywhere.- How loud are the planes from the nearby airport? You can hear them, and some are loud -- but they quickly became just background noise. On the beach side they just weren't an issue for us. And be sure to visit Maho Beach!We rented a car and got out every day, but only drove 88 miles total because so much is so close.

This Property is Exceptional

We spent 12 days at this property and it was fantastic. We travel quite frequently with friends (2-4 times a year) all over the Caribbean and South East US. This is the best all around experience we have had. The pictures are very accurate. You are on the beach front. You are also steps from the pool. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. Sylvia is a fantastic host. We had a hard time finding it and she met us right away and helped us get in and settled. Make sure to get detailed directions from Sylvia. Google maps didn’t work. We will most definitely be back!

This is our second stay at this property and we plan to return again next year. The property is nicely decorated & maintained; with comfortable beds and furniture; with all the items in the kitchen you’ll need for your stay. Located in the center of Simpson Bay, minutes from the airport, grocery stores and dining options. Sylvia was our host and is extremely responsive to your requests and needs. Once you walk onto the property, the view of Simpson Bay tells you you made the right pick! Sylvia's instructions made it very easy to get your self settled and start your relaxing vacation. Another Great Experience

This was probably our 8th stay at Barefoot and our 9th at Palm Beach Condos and if we could have booked for next year we already would have but it's completely booked for next year already! And no wonder, it's the perfect location Simpson Bay, and a fantastic beach front indoor-outdoor living experience. The unit is well equipped, well maintained, updated and clean.

Breathtaking Sunsets!

What a beautiful spot!! The condo was everything that Sylvia promised and more. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, pleasantly stocked with spices, coffee and even a bottle of wine. Sylvia provided so much information regarding restaurants, attractions and she was incredibly prompt with her messages to any questions. I loved the beach access, patio with beach views, private sitting area and pool just around the corner. This place was just wonderful :)

Paradise living

Sylvia did an outstanding job on hosting us in SXM. She connected with us weeks prior, gave us ideas and recommendations on where to go and what to see. She has a property that is gorgeous, overlooking the blue ocean waters and her accommodations were second to none. Sylvia checked on us frequently to make sure if there was anything that needed her attention. All in all, this won’t be our last time visiting the friendly SXM island as we will definitely be back and hoping Sylvia will be our host. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

Ocean front family vacation

Beautiful stay! Sylvia & Daryle were responsive and very friendly. Sunsets amazing! Very comfortable and kitchen is stocked with so many spices. We ate dinner out everynight but had breakfast & lunch there. They have everything you need and if they don't, i'm sure they would get it. We had a small problem and they were at the condo ASAP. The condo is conveniently located in Simpson bay with a beautiful beachfront setting and steps from a spacious pool. Quiet setting with a semi private porch overlooking Simpson Bay. The condo is nicely decorated and well furnished with all the kitchen amenities you need. Exceeded all expectations! Awesome place

I can’t say enough about Barefoot and Sylvia. I have come to St Maarten for 30+ years with my husband and family and have stayed in different places on the island and Barefoot is at the top. This was a special birthday trip with girl friends and I wanted a special place where we could step out in the morning and have coffee watching the waves, have a shady place to read and nap right on the beach without big crowds, feel safe and get to my favorite places easily. Barefoot was that and more. Sylvia had a birthday cake waiting when we arrived. We had massages on the veranda and it felt private,we had the pool pretty much to ourselves and loved the shower after coming off the beach. I recommend it highly right down to the car rental place she recommended. Sylvia pays attention to all of the details. Can’t beat it!

Sylvia’s property is absolutely wonderful! Beautiful Simpson Bay views are enhanced by a well stocked kitchen, fabulous furnishings and a nice complex. We especially enjoyed the easy pool and ocean access. The complex is nice and quiet. We definitely want to stay there again.

Paradise! Pictures Does It No Justice!

Where do I start with this review?! Too much to say about Barefoot Palm Beach Condo and the host, Mrs. Sylvia! From the start of my inquiry nearly 2 months before arrival, Mrs. Sylvia was extremely prompt in her responses. This was a special surprise birthday trip for my wife and she made it extra special and went more than above and beyond any host we have encountered before now! Once we arrived she made herself available to meet us as we arrived late evening, unusual for any host we have had with previous VRBO stays. Listen! If you are thinking about booking this immaculate condo, think no longer just do yourself the favor and book it NOW!! As many others have said, the pictures on the listing honestly does no justice for the in-person beauty of Barefoot and its' incomparable location in Simpson Bay! Every detail thought of within from the decor to all the amenities. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. She has literally thought of every amenity for her guests. The condo is well stocked with everything you would have in your own home, to include strong Wi-Fi signal and 2 big screen TVs with plenty of available channels to watch. The location is to die for! Conveniently located in Simpson Bay minutes from the airport and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough when you want to explore the area. We thought that we would hear the planes landing/taking off all day/night but that was not the case at all! It is extremely quiet and relaxing and the planes we did hear wasn't a nuiasance. The beach is literally a step out the gate and your feet are in the sand! The view of the beautiful turquoise water and the many yachts from the beach, the porch, or even the big bay windows from inside the condo was one of the highlights of our stay! The wrap around porch overlooking the beach is as serene as it gets! Plenty of outdoor seating and a whole storage box of beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. The grounds around the condo are immaculate and well manicured; the pool is inviting as well. There are also two beach restaurants within walking distance from the beach @ Barefoot. Overall, there are really not enough words to describe our stay @ Barefoot. It was magical to say the least. We have forever memories as a result of our stay, and Im sure you will too!! Thank you Mrs. Sylvia.
