Alles aan dit appartement is van topklasse, eersteklas en onberispelijk schoon. Beschikt over een prachtig 180 graden postkaart-perfect uitzicht op de oceaan. Drie slaapkamers hebben twee en-suite badkamers en een half bad.

Wij verhuren alleen aan verantwoordelijke gasten die het beste van Palm Beach willen in een rustige, kwaliteitsvolle omgeving. Dienovereenkomstig vragen we onze gasten om een beschrijving van zichzelf en hun partij te geven in termen van beroep en achtergronden.

Luxueus wonen op zijn best! Geniet van een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf het grote balkon met toegang tot de woonkamer en de slaapkamer met een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de Atlantische oceaan. Deze ruime woning heeft een gastronomische keuken, woonkamer, eetkamer, wasruimte en een grote master suite met marmeren vloeren, op maat gemaakte keukenkasten, granieten werkbladen en Miele-apparatuur.

De Ritz Carlton Residences is een nieuwe ontwikkeling met bekroonde onderscheidingen en geweldige voorzieningen. De ontwikkeling omvat twee zwembaden, een op / of eigenlijk op het strand (zie foto's), een normaal dekzwembad, een eigen restaurant, twee privébioscopen, twee sociale kamers met pooltafels, twee fitnessruimtes, privécabanas, conciërgeservice en eigen ingang. Er zijn privécabanas en overdekte ligstoelen beschikbaar rond het zwembad. Er zijn zoveel palmbomen dat je het gevoel hebt dat je in het Caribisch gebied bent, behalve dat je kunt winkelen in West Palm Beach!

Singer Island ligt op slechts enkele minuten van het beroemde Palm Beach Island, PBI Airport, Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Cityplace in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Zoo, Planetarium, winkels, restaurants, golfbanen. Alles wat je wilt voor rust en ontspanning is hier met minimaal rijden ... 10 minuten voor alles!

Alleen de eindschoonmaak is inbegrepen in de prijs van uw boeking. Als u extra schoonmaak tijdens uw verblijf wilt, is er een extra $ 200 kosten per schoonmaak. The condo was amazing. Everything we could have asked for and more. The employees went above and beyond answering questions and helping us get acquainted with the property. Only drawback was one pool was closed and under construction. Not a big issue as there were not a lot of people there during our stay. Highly recommend! Will definitely be going back.

Nice oceanfront property

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the balconies. The primary suite was spacious and had great views. The condo had all we needed and the host was very accommodating. Ritz staff was just as we expected - the best!

Beautiful views and great amenities

We loved the views and amenities. The size of the condo and layout were great for our family of five. The staff at the front desk, pool, and beach were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were easy to reserve and use. The pools and beach were not crowded at all. The only downside was a 24/7 Seven Eleven right next door. It got a little lively at 2am one night (I called security to see if anything could be done and it was addressed very quickly and the people left), It was also loud when they emptied the dumpsters outside or the Seven Eleven got deliveries from trucks, This was usually mid morning and was brief, so if you’re up early it won’t be a problem. All in all the place gave us the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy our vacation time together!

All of the staff at the Ritz Residence were super nice and friendly to us - top notch. I was disappointed that the unit was only on the 4th floor, as I read reviews on here that it was on the 21st floor. The listing doesn't specifically indicate which floor, so that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. But, we still enjoyed the view from the 4th floor and the balcony was shaded which was super nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the fresh air without being in the full, hot sun. The unit was quite lovely and enjoyable for us, 2 couples. We brought our snorkel gear and to our pleasant surprise there were numerous rock formations directly off the beach with plenty of fish to see. The private beach with staff to accommodate your needs (chairs, umbrella) was great! We also enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the beach. We will come back. They do not provide kleenex tissues, so I had to buy that. We brought our own coffee. There is a Publix grocery store across the bridge, short drive.

we really enjoyed our stay in this property. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the property was amazing. We really enjoyed the two pools and the beach. In addition, there were tennis courts right next door. Would highly recommend!

View of the beach and inter-coastal

Our family of 5 had stayed in this particular condo 7 years before and it was good to be back, albeit with only one teenager in tow now with the other 2 at college. So can testify that the Ritz is an amazing vacation for kids of all ages and still remains our favorite family vacation spot. I had forgotten how interesting the view from the balcony is there as you get a 180 degree view from the Ritz pools across ocean to the inter coastal. I like the layout of this condo and the the master suite is quite large. (For families with young children it helps having the children’s bedroom in a more quiet part of the condo) We particularly love the Ritz staff who are always so friendly and welcoming. The managing agents were helpful and very communicative too in arranging our stay and also in sorting out an immediate but small repair that was needed in the unit. They also arranged an extension of our stay by setting us up in another condo and tried to mitigate any disruption to our trip by arranging a transfer from one unit into the next. Our family loves everything about the Ritz: luxury, convenience and all the amenities you could possibly need. That’s why we have returned every year for the past 11 years. We will be back again soon!

Beautiful decor, best view from the extensive balcony, extremely clean. This place is top notch! The kitchen had everything we needed. Having a half bath is a bonus. Communication was prompt, always answering my questions quickly. Definitely would come back here.
