Spacious with convenient location
The property was clean and well maintained. It was roomy spread across 2 floors. It was a very short walk to the beach. Many places were easily accessible by walking (shops, small market, liquor store, restaurants, ice ream shop). The outdoor space was great as well to be able to sit outside on the patio, etc. Shady and sunny spots.

The location of the property is great. Beach is a short 3 min walk away. Restaurants are 10 min walk away. The property is well maintained. It's great for family to enjoy vacation at the beach. High recommended.

Wonderful Singer Island Stay
This property was for our little family for 4! My boys 7 and 9 loved the 3 min stroll to the beautiful ocean. Great beach to play and hang out on. Wonderful inlet to watch boats. The property is well kept, clean and very comfortable! The owner was so responsive and awesome to work with! Highly recommend!!

Exactly What We Needed
We used this condo as an overflow for our Singer Island visit. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s a duplex with two en-suite bedrooms upstairs and kitchen, living, dining area and 1/2 bath downstairs. There’s also a small terrace for sitting outside. The unit is directly across from a short walkway to the beach. Also a short walk to several places to eat and/or drink. Paul was responsive, but we really had little need to contact him as everything was in order. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was one the best condos I have ever stayed in. Super clean. Extremely close to the beach. The kitchen was just like being home. Good supply of cooking utensils and dishes. New appliances and great set up. So close to the beach. Very easy walk and you are watching waves crash in front of you.

A visit to Palm Beach
Paul's place is a perfect location for a comfortable stay near West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Riviera Beach and Singer Island. The actual beach was a short 2 minute walk across the street and Paul left all the necessary beach supplies including a cooler, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels. Paul was a very responsive host and had several very good restaurant recommendations.

Wonderful experience
The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I was shocked at the quality of all the items in the kitchen - not the usual cheap stuff you find in rentals. Lot of linens were available and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely be back!

Sisters Vacation Repeat
We stayed here last year and couldn’t wait to repeat the vacation, we’re already planning for next year. Home Base for a week of diving
Layout of this property is open and roomy. Back patio is a real plus. Full kitchen where everything worked!!! All of the charter boats we used are close by as is the Blue Heron Bridge (world famous for its beach dives). We will definitely look to book this property again.

Well located, clean property. It’s a bit dated but it’s a great value. The beach is a very short walk away. Slider out to patio doesn’t lock, but there are poles at base to keep it from being opened from the outside. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location
My stay was perfect.the townhouse is easy to find late at night, well equipped, clean, perfect location to walk to Johnny Longboats for dinner & drinks souvenir shops, nail salon and right across the street from the beach entrance. You are also a short walk to sailfish marina which is so beautiful between the food, drinks, atmosphere and boat watching you can’t go wrong. I will definitely be spending time there again with my family!! Paul the homeowner is also very responsive to any questions that you may have & very accommodating.

Family Fun
My husband and I along with his sister rented the property. We are St. Louis Cardinals fans. We met up with their younger sister and her family, who are Houston Astros fans. It was a great time getting to visit, attend games at both training stadiums, and escaping our mid west weather! What made this location so good for us was each of us having our separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Along with the living area on the main floor. Where the rest of the family could come and visit and us not have to sit on beds like in a hotel room!

The property was ok. However, the patio area was in disarray and not very well kept. Also, there was a motion censored light that caused a neighbor behind us to scream that if we didn’t turn it off she was going to call the cops. In the main bathroom, a toilet was not working and a shower was not working consistently which was inconvenient. The owner did try and to get it fixed during our stay but it didn’t happen. Overall, we had fun because we enjoy each others company but I will chose a different location next time. Vacation should be about getting away and not having to deal with things like that.

The property was clean, convenient, quiet, and spacious. Location is ideal if you plan to hit the beach (which is across the street). My group was there to SCUBA dive, and the back patio was very handy for hanging up gear. The area is quiet and there are several great restaurants just a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again!

Paul was attentive to our questions and needs, even a week out from our trip. We had a wonderful time staying at Paul's place. The property is in a PERFECT location to the beach, which is just across the street. The Blue Heron bridge is a short distance. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance. 15 minutes to Juno Beach, 20 minutes to Jupiter and downtown Clematis is about 25 minutes. Definitely would love to go back. First vacation together in over 4 years and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Townhome was exactly as pictured; clean, very spacious, quiet, everything we needed in the kitchen, and our toes were in the sand with a short walk across the street! Location, location, location!
Paul's property is across the street from the beach, with easy reach across a parking lot. There are showers, bathrooms and a playground there. We didn't see anyone using these amenities. We had a rental car but you can easily get around the main tourist drag on foot. All restaurants are within a short walking distance, as well as a 7 eleven. Publix is a 5 minute drive. Do visit Sailfish Marina, good restaurant with outdoor live music and nice environment. The property is comfortable for 4 people, everything was clean. The kitchen has everything you need, we only made breakfast and a couple of quick lunches, would have liked a toaster oven. There were a few condiments plus cooking oil. Plenty of kitchen towels, a roll of paper towels, new sponges and dish washing liquid. We would've liked plastic eating mats. A big plus, a washer and dryer and detergent. The patio is nice, we had some trouble with the sliding door lock and lock from patio door to outside, seems rusted. The upstairs bathrooms need updating and the carpeting in the bedrooms and stairs was not to our liking as this is not hygienic or allergy friendly. The stairs need a good stain removal. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, about 3 umbrellas, a cooler, buggy boards and other beach items that we didn't use. Very handy if you don't wish to spend on rentals at the beach. The beach is very nice, not the white powdery sand you have on the west coast but the water is crystalline. The area where the property is located is very quiet, it was midweek and off season and no one staying at the other 3 rentals next to us. Paul was very kind to allow a late check out since there was no one checking in for that night, we appreciated that since it allowed us to spend all morning at the beach and then get ready for a late evening flight back home, this made a big difference. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Paul.

The property was in a good very convenient location very short walk to the beach, we had an end unit, modern kitchen, beach conveniences in closet, nice flat screen TV in the Livingroom, nice mostly private patio set up and other nice amenities and owner was a pleasure to work with, we will not hesitate to stay again if we visit Singer Island in the future.

Perfect spot for a getaway
Paul was great to work with. He was always quick to respond to questions. The beach is only a short walk and the condo had chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cooler to take with us. There were also beach chair set ups on the beach and we treated ourselves to a set one day. Restaurants were easy to walk to. The area is very safe. The parking is right at the building and convenient. We plan to return to the area and hope this property is available.

This was perfect for us and we loved every minute there. It had plenty of room, was spotless and clean and, the beach was literally right up the street. The host Paul couldn’t have been more accommodating and available - would absolutely come back again. Everything we needed was there - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. And the kitchen had everything needed for those meals when we didn’t walk to the restaurants. Definitely one of the best rentals we’ve ever had! Thank you Paul!!!
