"The rooms were spacious, with sufficient storage in the wardrobe. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was more than adequate, and the shower functioned properly. I was satisfied with these aspects. The room had a north-facing balcony, which I had specifically requested as it was cheaper.
The service at the hotel, however, was not very efficient and not always helpful, and it was slow. For breakfast, you could choose to pay €18 or €23. The breakfast was acceptable but not extensive: there was no cheese or ham. For €23, fried eggs or scrambled eggs were included, while for €18 only small croissants with jam or Nutella were provided. Overall, the breakfast was quite limited, so I often chose to eat outside the hotel for a better selection and value.
It was also not clear that fried eggs are only prepared once you are seated at the table. This was not communicated, so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my breakfast. Only after complaining was I informed about how ordering works. No information was provided about payment; the staff simply told me to take a seat and that someone would come to me, but 30 minutes later, no one had arrived."
