We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.'

'I recently returned from a ten day stay at Cap Julucca. Unless you order lobster, steak or catch of the day, you will receive a meal that is sub par Breakfast had good omelettes but none of the breads had any taste. Order off the menu for a better meal. Bedrooms do not have AC in your bathroom and it gets very hot during the day. My tub was also delaminating and dated. Your pillow treat at night is a marshmallow……are you kidding? In general many of the staff do not greet you or acknowledge you...

'We had a fabulous stay from start to finish. All the staff were welcoming and attentive and the concierge service was super helpful with recommendations and organizing bookings for restaurants. The hotel had great amenities including the spa, and our beachfront suite was wonderful. Being able to swim out to see turtles in the lagoon was a real highlight for the whole family.'
