'This was a fantastic hotel. It was clean and up to date. The staff was awesome and friendly. '

'We weren’t in town for any good reasons, just for family in the hospital, but this hotel and its staff made our stay in Sioux Falls so much better. Everyone was so friendly and smiling when we passed them in the halls and at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were very clean, as was the whole hotel. The breakfast bar was definitely one of the best we have had at a regular hotel and the staff wrote fun notes on the yogurt cups and banana peels; there were also smily faces on the oranges....

'Didn’t have hot water for showers for 3 days. Water was luke warm, when it’s 20 degrees out and a blizzard, you would like a hot shower. Went to inform manager and immediately manager got offensive and raising her voice at me, at the start of conversation. This is no way for a manager to handle a paying customer '

'We came in REALLY late, and the staff were so nice and got us into our rooms quickly. '

'Our hotel bathroom toilet wouldnt flush correctly. They had maintenance come and take a look at it and they said nothing was wrong with it, and yet, we had to fill the icebucket with water from the sink and then pour it into the toilet just to be able to flush it. We also got stuck in the elevator that was supposed to be the one that was “working.” We decided we would never stay there twice.'
