When we checked in the employee didn't even greet us nor let us know anything... like room number, wifi, breakfast hours, etc. She never spoke except wo say I had to sign using my finger because there was no pen to sign which she also didn't communicate. The rooms were filthy. The lobby was beyond hot. The furniture in the lobby was torn and in terrible shape. We wanted to sit outside under the canopy but the staff was in the bench smoking more...
