'Leuk hostel midden in het centrum. Aardig personeel leggen graag uit wat je kan doen. En helpen je waar nodig. Alles is op loop afstand ook echo point en the three sisters. Je moet zeker dit hostel bezoeken en je moet zorgen dat je minimaal 2 volle dagen kunt besteden aan hiken. Zo jammer dat ik maar 1 dag en alleen de nacht er kon zijn. '

'What a lovely traditional hotel decorated in a classic style that takes you back in time. You are welcomed, not only by lovely open fires, but also by the reception and bar staff! Very friendly and helpful. Our room had fabulous views of the mountains and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises. 5 mins walk to the main street with a choice of restaurants and a few mins drive to the attractions and trails. 'Very easy to park. Very lovely staff members. Stayed in a room with 2 beds which is comfortable and clean. Funitures are old style, the sofa in our room is very old and worn out, and is covered with bed sheets. And the lights are quite dark like most of the hotels. Sauna downstairs is very comfortable and good but the little Spa is out of order. It looks better in the pictures. In reality, It could be more splendid. '

'The Hydro has so much rich history and the renovation is beautiful. The restaurant is great and the chef outdid themselves with a wonderful dinner. The staff were excellent and so polite. The bar is fabulous for pre and after dinner cocktails. The valley view room was a little small, nicely renovated but the bathroom needs an extra shelf for your toiletries. 'The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was big but really outdated. Although the shower was really nice, with lots of warm water. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The location nearby the Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park is fantastic. To the centre of town takes a little longer. Overall it could do with a make-over at the inside.'
