'Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.'

'Lovely hosts - friendly and helpful. Bright, airy and very clean. Comfy bed. Loved the flapjack in the fridge! It was a very hot petiod in July - so did need fan on all night - and they had thought to have it on before we arrived. Parking space was a real bonus! '

'Good location close to the centre of Worcester. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. '

'Pub undergoing renovations so rooms with packed breakfast only (no problem for us). Spacious bedroom with good mattress, pillows and lovely linen. Particularly appreciated having the plug-in fan during the heatwave (thoughtful touch. Good bathroom (looked newly appointed) with great shower, window you could open a lot or a little, long shelf for toiletries (often missing then a soap bag ends up on top of the loo, but not here). There was a rail below the decent sized basin for hand towel...

'We loved Bluebell farm and the hosts.Lovely Breakfast friendly hosts The only thing we didn't like was the height of the shower head that we had available from the family rooms The shower head was too low for us to stand under so we had to bend over to try and take a shower which was too uncomfortable for me so didn't bother If this was replaced it would be better to have an adjustable one that was higher.'
