'We were staying for one night, after a long day sorting out a family bereavement. We were met with a warm welcome, a lovely steak and a much needed bottle of wine. Staff and owners were really friendly. Accommodation met our expectations, in-line with what we were paying which was super good value. We were very happy with our choice.'

'We had a wonderful visit only marred by problems of cleanliness in our room. The reception staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was. The food was excellent and service prompt but unobtrusive. Will definitely return. '

'good place, quite old and it looks it, but if you like being in a historic place it is great. It however has some rooms that are really uncomfortable. The place is a bit of a maze. We asked for another room and got a much better one overlooking the street.'

'Prima kamer echter op deze warme dag geen airco oid maar een ventilator. Beetje jammer dat je tijdens iets eerder inchecken wanneer je kamer klaar is 15£ extra moet betalen. En anders wachten op je al gereed zijnde kamer. Verder alles prima. '

'Great hotel with friendly service and good nice looking restaurant. I was comming in late so they made me a delicious sandwich to avoid going to bed without meal. I received a room with bathroom for disabled people. It would be good to have a squeegee there ;-). Nice parking space but maybe a slow loading station for electric cars would be a nice add-on. Breakfast starts a bit late if you target business people.'

'What’s a little gem situated in the centre of Worcester The hotel is a lovely.The rooms were clean & up-to-date The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and to say it was in the centre of Worcester High Street. We did not hear a peep from the road or pubs.. I would definitely stay there again. '

'Check-in and Check-out was extremely simple. The hotel team contacted me on the morning of my booking to provide me with the cabin number and code for key safe which was a nice touch. Room was very clean, had all required amenities. I would stay again☺️.'
