'Such a lovely stay, Gemma and John are amazing hosts. Such a lovely place nice and quiet area but not far from the centre and have a few route options. The room was lovely and breakfast was lovely too. Both me and my fiance want and will stay here again.'

'Just great'

'The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....

'This was my first stay at the craigside, i had a lovely clean room and everything in it i needed. With excellent breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. I am looking to book my single room again for 2026.'

'We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was a family room which is probably why it was so spacious, and more importantly clean. My only moan would be breakfast is served between 8am - 9am. I personally think 8-10am would be more appealing but you can’t please everyone all the time. '

'I had a really good stay at the Southwold. The owners were helpful and friendly and the B&B was clean and tidy. The breakfasts in the morning were also large and tasty. I had the single room right up on the top floor, which was up a normal flight of stairs, then a second steeper set which I didn't mind but others may have trouble with. I also had a separate large bathroom, which was on the other side of the landing. However this was no trouble for me. There was a bit of a walk to the pier and...
