Tout d’abord ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi, ce n’est pas un hôtel, mais un appartement insalubre qui est loué comme si c’était un hôtel Tout est sale et rien est prévu pour votre séjour Et SURTOUT il y a des PUNAISES DE LIT dans ce logement ! Vraiment fuyez le ! C’est inadmissible qu’il soit encore proposé ! '

'No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

'Accommodation was okay. The room did not have a kettle or mugs to make coffee. You also have to take out your trash before leaving otherwise you get fined €95. The hallways smelled like smoke. Other than that we slept well, the room had heating and a TV. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. '
