'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'

'やはりバスタブがなかったがシャワーブースがやはり狭い。バスタオルは何十年も使ったかのように雑巾よりも硬い。またシャワーの勢いは自宅のシャワートイレよりも勢いがない。 　しかしスタッフは皆親切で愛想が良い。こぢんまりとしたホテルだが清掃は行き届いている感じだ。スタッフ達は皆親切で感じがいい。朝食は初日はしょぼい感じがしたが二日目はこれはこれでいいじゃないかという感じ。単純にパン自体もうまいしトマトジュースの横にでっかいタバスコの瓶を置いておいてくれるのも印象がいい。若い女の子がジュース置き場をまめに拭いてくれるのもいいじゃないか。このホテルは贅沢な造りでもなく部屋は狭いが好感が持てるホテルだ。というよりも大好きになった。'

'We stayed for three days and this hotel was ideal for our purposes. The location is only a few minutes from the train station and a leisurely ten minute walk to the Schilthorn cable cars. The views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau were exceptional…you’ll never have a better view at breakfast. Furnishings and food were on the simpler side — we very much enjoyed our time.'
