You can enjoy a large open-plan living area which provides a warm and inviting space, complete with a snug sofa and a separate dining area, making it ideal for slow breakfasts, evening meals, or planning the next day’s activities. A well-equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare home-cooked meals whenever you choose, whether it’s a hearty meal after a long walk or a simple snack before heading into the village.



The three bedrooms offer a restful haven, dressed in soft, high-quality linens, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep throughout your stay. Two well equipped bathrooms provide all the essentials, with fresh towels and thoughtful touches to help you settle in effortlessly.



The patio and garden are easily accessible through elegant French doors from the open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The garden itself is level and beautifully maintained, sitting slightly elevated above the patio by approximately 40cm, with a low stone wall and flagged edge providing easy access and a touch of character.



Guests will enjoy convenient parking for three to four vehicles on the spacious forecourt at the front of the house. A wide, paved pathway along the side of the home leads to a charming enclosed patio and a private garden at the rear.



A level, tarmac public footpath from Hardy Meadows leads straight into the heart of Grassington village—just a leisurely 250-metre stroll. For nature lovers, the River Wharfe and picturesque Linton Falls are only around 600 metres away, easily reached via the Yorkshire Dales National Park car park opposite Hardy Meadows.
