The staff are very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with excellent views of the mountains. The food here is sensational and comes with English explanations of the dishes. 'Nice traditional old Japanese style stay. Though Breakfast is also traditionally Japanese style with rice! Yes morning Breakfast with rice, we still prefer bread or something light. Room extremely spacious compare to Tokyo city. Might need some renovations to upgrade tho.

The breakfast is an incredible traditional country food buffet with local highlights. The reception was warm and kind- and the tatami rooms were very spacious. Exactly the kind of authentic culture we wanted.'

"Redelijk hotel, maar skigebied is klein. Het ontbijt is beperkt in keuzes en het aanvullen matig. Het diner is van goede kwaliteit en de menu's uitstekend. De kamer werd niet standaard schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken moesten we vragen. 7 nachten verbleven. Helaas had het hotel geen bar of andere verblijfsruimte."
