'The Bush House is a beautifully renovated facility with old world charm. It is a place for quiet, peaceful experiences that set it apart from the typical vacation stay. It is a unique experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. If you are passing through Index, Wa, this is a great stop.'

'The room was clean but it didn't "look" clean because of how much the room was in cosmetic disrepair. I appreciated the size of the room (bedroom separate from living space), large fridge, strong water pressure in the shower. I did not like the fact that there are no blackout curtains in the bedroom (you can see thumbtacks where other guests had already hung up their own, just as we did). Also, there was no housekeeping service during our 3 night stay, so the coffee supplies we used on day...

'The staff was nice. You could tell the hotel was an old hotel that was remodeled. Our shower door was very difficult to slide open and closed. One time I was stuck in there for several minutes before I was able to get it to slide open. We had our room cleaned once during our stay. Not sure they did much except for new towels and made the bed. They took the bar of soap we had at the sink and and didn't give us a new one. Unfortunately our room was right next to the laundry and ice machine room....
