'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'Comfortable room, bed and bathroom. I wouldn't call it a studio, but it does have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water cooker. Just no crockery or cutlery. Located close to subway and lots of shops and restaurants in the area.'

'Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant.
