'The Even Hotel was in a great location as far as access to Mayo Clinic. My husband and I were able to walk to all of his appointments. The service was excellent and we purchased breakfast both days which was also excellent. The only thing is there is a charge for parking (15.00 per night) which was not included in the price quoted on Hotels.com'

'Good location. I took an art workshop in town so this was a convenient location for my class. Room was small but well appointed. Some classmates also stayed at this hotel and they were on a noisy lower floor. Walls are thin so depending on the location of your room, it might be noisy. '

'Staff, especially desk clerk on Monday evening (April 29) was very helpful and friendly. We would have liked to have been given more information on the breakfast. When they said continental breakfast, we thought it would just be rolls and maybe juice. And we didn't know where it was until we asked.
