Super hotel! Thank you very much to the staff for the surprise on my birthday! The hotel location is perfect: close to a bus and ferry stop, bars, restaurants, shops. Friendly staff, service, including excursions that can be purchased directly at the hotel. And of course, a spectacular view from the balcony of the harbor and the city. Very nice room with comfortable beds and mattress. In the bathroom everything what you need, inkl. the bathrobe and slippers. Very recommend this hotel!

Goede ligging, dicht bij de ferry en bus. Buitenzwembad gelijk aan de overkant van de weg. Fijn dat er ook een klein binnenzwembad is.

Nette kamers, ruim en prachtig uitzicht, vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt is het eten. Ontbijt is vrij standaard en heeft geen variatie. Ook 1 keer diner gedaan. Was een open buffet. Niet spectaculair.

Locatie perfect gelegen : openbaar vervoer op enkele stappen met alle bussen naar Valetta en om het uur een directbus naar de luchthaven ! Promenade die uitnodigt om te wandelen langs de zee. Groot shoppingscenter op half uurtje wandelen. Ga zeker voor het uitzicht op de haven en Valetta !

jammer genoeg is er geen buiten zwembad. Je moet altijd naar sliema pitch. Dat is 20 minuten lopen. Gratis transfer is mogelijk.

Vatbaar voor herhaling.
Heel intéressante ligging, dicht bij bus en boot verbinding. Veel winkels, restaurants en cafés in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Dicht bij de boot ferry met tal van excursie mogelijkheden.

Incheckservice was niet bijzonder hartelijk. Daarnaast was er in het hele hotel 1 kamer wel met zeezicht echter GEEN balkon en die hadden wij. Aangezien we niet de behoefte hadden om oo balkon te zitten hebben we er geen melding van gemaakt..echter kreeg ik toch de indruk dat we met slechtse kamer werden afgescheept.

Het hotel biedt een uitstekende service en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De standaard kamers kijken uit op een binnenplaats tegen een hoog gebouw aan. Er staan airco’s op de binnenplaats die continue geluid produceren. De kamers aan de voorkant hebben uitzicht op het water. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg. De kamer en badkamer zijn netjes en schoon. Ontbijt is sober.

The Waterfront Hotel redefines customer service!
The hotel was absolutely marvellous. We got a free upgrade when we arrived and the staff was amazingly friendly. They sent an employee with us to our room who carried our bags and explained everything we needed to know about the room. We had an amazing view on the Sliema Bay. The toothpaste and toothbrushes were missing in the bathroom, but after one call they delivered. They also cleaned the bedroom while we were outside, and they did it exceptionally well. The room itself was clean, bright and well taken care of. The climate control was a bit difficult to use though and the power outlets were not like the regular European ones. So you should keep in mind that you might need a converter as there's only one regular power outlet. The bathroom was really clean and they provided enough towels and even bathrobes. The pool was great, just like the gym. We also got our breakfast in bed which was delightful. Only downside about our stay was that there was no room service and the minibar was empty. Anyways, that didn't really matter because we could order whatever we wanted by calling the reception, and they would order anything for us, from a cab to a pizza. I would absolutely and definitely recommend the Waterfront Hotel in Sliema for your stay in Malta. I also have to mention the excellent location, close to the Valletta ferry, various bus stops and lots of restaurants, clubs and lounges. I already booked my next flight back to Malta.

Great Location
Nice hôtel in a very convenient Location. It is a very convenient Hotel for Me since thé boulevard is just across the Street ,for my daily Morning run before breakfast.Shopping Area is just a walking distance.One négative point is not having a Garage. It‘s a pity!! .Had à daily problem of Findling a nearby space for the rented car. Breakfast Buffet was great, If ever i have plan of visiting Malta again then i will not have Second thought of staying again @ The Waterfront Hotel.

Beautiful view from Waterfront Sea View rooms but be aware of the road noisy if you are a light sleeper. We were however impressed with the balcony door which significantly reduced the noise when closed.

Absolutely will be returning to this hotel very soon. Lovely room decorated for wife’s birthday, and breakfast was extensive. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi were great and heated. Extremely beautiful location and hotel staff went out to accommodate our request for a nice room! Every member of staff was courteous and helpful and no requests were too much. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The hotel, was in a good spot for site seeing, I liked the Sauna, Jacuzzi, however, it wasn't always ready to use in the morning. Because of the rain, no fault of the hotel, there was a constant heavy dripping from the balcony, which kept me awake, the first night, I was moved to another room and was told this would be fixed, it wasn't, luckily the 3rd night it stopped raining,so, resolved the issue. The reception staff, especially 2 of them can't remember their names were very nice and helpful. Bar staff very slow and didn't always bring your drinks over.

Die Zimmer in der 12 Etage sind sehr gut, groß und mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Die Badezimmer sind groß, aber es fehlt an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und der Regenduschkopf nicht verstellbar, somit steht man auf der Abdeckung des Abflusses, der sehr wackelig und erhaben ist. Unbequem. Die Toilettenpapierrolle wurde mit einem Kugelschreiber in der Befestigung gehalten, da offenbar der Stift abhanden gekommen ist. Somit verabschiedete sich die Rolle bei jeder Umdrehung. Es gibt täglich Wasser und Petit Fours Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr nüchtern, der Abräumservice ist klasse, das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Lediglich die Smoothies, die auf der Tafel standen waren meist nicht vorhanden. Die Silvesterveranstaltung war ein Traum, ein perfekt geschmückter Raum, einer erstklassige Sängerin, ein Wahnsinnsbuffett und ein toller Service bis spät in den Morgen hinein. Fußläufig alle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vergnügunsmeile in unmittelbarer Nähe , ein toller Ausblick auf Valetta .

Sehr guter Service, die Zimmer in der Etage 12 haben einen sehr guten Ausblick auf Valetta und die Bucht Die Zimmer sind gross, leider keine Steckdose im Badezimmer, die Dusche kann man nicht verstellen und muss dadurch auf dem großen Abfluss stehen, dessen Abdeckung sich ständig hin und her bewegt, sehr unkomfortabel. Es gab täglich neue Wasserflaschen und abends eine Süßigkeit . Der Service ist sehr gut, die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum macht den Eindruck einer Kantine, er könnte Dekoration vertragen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Wir können nur über das Zimmer in der 12.Etage ( ganz oben )ein Urteil abgeben, Zimmer sehr gross hervorragender Blick auf Valetta und die Bucht. Jeden Tag neues Wasser und Süssigkeiten.Sehr wenig Ablagefläche im Bad , nur 2 Haken , keine Steckdose im Bad, die Dusche sehr klein, da man den Miniregenduschenkopf nicht bewegen kann muss man beim Duschen auf dem dicken aufgeworfenen Abfluss stehen, der sich ständig unter dem Fuss bewegt. Die Silvesrerfeier war ein Traum.Das Essen und das Frühstück sind klasse.Sehr aufmerksamer Service ,Teller werden ständig abgeräumt.Die Massagen sind sehr gut.Sowohl beheizter Indoor, wie auch Outdoor Pool vorhanden .Outdoor gegenüber direkt am Wasser.Ticket für Zugang, Liege, Handtuch und Schirm gibt es an der Rezeption.Alles in ALLEM gelungene 8 Nächte.

Splendid Xmas break at this well situated hotel. Only minutes walk from the Valetta ferry. The staff were very helpful and professional at all times. The rooms are well equipped and modern, meeting our requirements fully. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa area. Recommend

Lovely pre-Christmas stay @ Waterfront Hotel
I would love to stay @ Waterfront Hotel again if I am lucky enough to visit Malta a second time. The staff were attentive and welcoming, my room was quiet, clean and well equipped, the catering selections provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner were generous, varied and well cooked, and I saw that the establishment was a popular spot for locals as well as tourists. I recommend this hotel highly! I did not sample the spa facilities or the pools but I would in future now that I know what is on offer.
The foyer was enhanced by the lovely Christmas trees
And by the nativity scene, typical of the island of Malta
The foyer area is spacious, very clean and welcoming
