"The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was a huge buffet, with plenty possibilities to choose from. The chef would come by and let us taste different Maltesian foods. There´s a barrista stand for the coffee lovers and a fresh orange juice maker. We had diner at the lobby bar and at the 10live. A restaurant at the 10th floor, with a beautiful setting and view. We ate there at the ´Italian night´ and enjoyed the live music played there. The food was also delicious! Every night they have a theme night, like ABBA, Hollywood, Maltesian, Italian... Make a reservation for this. There are 2 bars, one at the lobby and one at the rooftop with a beautiful view over the city. 2 swimmingpools (1 indoor, 1 across the street). The one across the street is also free. 1 spa (not included in the price), 1 gym. The room was very spacey and the beds were perfect. You can adjust the airconditioning. Never slept this good! There´s also tv where you can stream or watch live tv. There´s a fridge, you can iron, get slippers and bathrobes to use. There´s also a coffee and tea facility in the room and a safe. On the floor where we stayed and in the lobby, you can refill your bottle with water for free. The surroundings of the hotel have plenty shops and bars and restaurants. There are also busstops nearby. We´ve gotten a travelcard for 7 days for 25 euro´s. Just use google maps or the tallinja app to get around. I would definately recomment this hotel!!!"

"Prima locatie met een fijne rustige kamer. Lekkere rooftop pool met bedden, parasols en handdoeken. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was ook goed."

"Ontvangst snel en goed. Kamer mooi en proper. Mega groot bed met uitstekende matras. Veel opbergruimte. De badkamer ruikt wel wat muf en heeft geen afzuiging. Goede douche maar wel opletten: spekglad. Goede verduistering. Dakterras is ook leuk. We zijn er 2 keer geweest, 2 keer was de bar niet open. Ontbijt was lekker en vers. Wel geen leuke ontbijtruimte."

"The hotel is nearby the busstop where you can connect with several places. There is a reception staff 24/24 but I would be nicer if they were a bit friendlier. The room is big , is a bit outdated but oke.It was noisy at night ,due the guests , better isolation is diserable. The breakfast room is two houses farther than the hotel but is oke. you can leave the luggage in a room after checking out. so after all, reasonable."

"I loves my stay @ the UV. 1.The personeel is polite, and seems to be on top of their job. Very kind and attent. You ask for something and it is quickly delivered. 2. The rooms are cleaned daily and it doesn’t matter the time you go out you come back to a clean room 3 the shuttle service was super great and all drivers were very polite. Wished though that there was one to airport even if for a little fee. 4 loved location quiet but central to all vantage points like Valletta, st. Julian Gzira and Sliema. Heard it was not close to public transport but that is absolutely not true. At less than 10 minutes walk is 24 to Valletta. At about less than 15 min walk X1 to Mellieha and others to Paceville. And the bolt is always a call away. One thing that I had a problem with is the closing time of pool and SPA. It was too early I would have loved to be able to swim after dinner. "

"Het apartment was ruim maar er waren niet genoeg zitplekken in de woonkamer en de banken waren erg oncomfortabel. Ook lekte 1 douche en had de andere hele lage waterdruk. "
