'Prachtig gerenoveerde kamer met club access maar wat er miste was een bureau om aan te werken, waardeloos voor een zakenmensen zou ik zeggen.. Clublounge is zeer matig en geen bezetting in weekend en op maandag. Het was zeker niet de kwaliteit die ik had verwacht.'

'Clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. The ceiling throughout the bathroom/kitchen area had water damage, which I don't attribute to a cleanliness issue but instead a maintenance issue. The shower water took 4 or 5 minutes to heat up, however it did eventually get hot. Only one of the two elevators worked, and it was pretty slow. Front desk staff never seemed too eager to assist and weren't overly friendly, though certainly not rude. The housekeepers were all very friendly and welcoming!...
