'Prachtig gerenoveerde kamer met club access maar wat er miste was een bureau om aan te werken, waardeloos voor een zakenmensen zou ik zeggen.. Clublounge is zeer matig en geen bezetting in weekend en op maandag. Het was zeker niet de kwaliteit die ik had verwacht.'

'Waited 50 min for 2 coffees and 2 waters to come to the room. When we called we were told rudely that we need to call the restaurant ourselves, front desk not willing to help. I had to get out of bed, and all down to the restaurant who clearly had no idea what was as going on, while I was downstairs trying to see where our coffee were, they were delivered to the room. Front desk lady was rude, hostile and not willing to assist us at all. Terrible experience and will never be back.'

'Clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. The ceiling throughout the bathroom/kitchen area had water damage, which I don't attribute to a cleanliness issue but instead a maintenance issue. The shower water took 4 or 5 minutes to heat up, however it did eventually get hot. Only one of the two elevators worked, and it was pretty slow. Front desk staff never seemed too eager to assist and weren't overly friendly, though certainly not rude. The housekeepers were all very friendly and welcoming!...

'Mooi hotel gelegen in een goede wijk. Aardige behulpzame hotel medewerkers. Goed zwembad met een hottube. Ontbijt is zeer goed. Mindere punten: WiFi op de kamers is zwak en de 2-persoonsbedden zijn kleiner dan queensize.'

'Personeel was goed en vriendelijk er is vlakbij 2 min lopen een winkel om een zwembroek of wat dan ook te kopen wat je vergeten ben (natuurlijk ik vergeet niks ) dat is super handig, pizzeria 1 min lopen en de eigen keuken is ook goed. Niets exclusief. Maar wel goed Ontbijt was een beetje matig. Niet vies maar ik hoopte op meer.'

'The first times we stayed here it was great. Room good, gym good, food good, staff super helpful, room nice. This time there was hardly anyone in the hotel but they put us in the worst room you could imaging. I will never stay here again. Staff at front and breakfast are very nice but the room could not have been worse. Very disappointed. I was embarrassed with my family since I told them how nice it was previously. Never again.'
