The home is surrounded by a beautiful lush 2 acres right on the Pacific Scenic Route, a perfect place to relax and connect with nature. Access path and parking space to the beach across the road from the property.



The Space:

The property has 2 homes: The main house is the Surfside Beach House and the cottage, which it's smaller in size called the Driftwood Cottage. Both homes sit on 2 acres.

The Surfside Beach House fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. This spacious lovely home has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom, spacious living room with open concept and a dining room with kitchen, which it's complete with everything you need to cook a meal. The ocean can be seen from the property, which it's surrounded by beautiful trees. A unique green house can also be found on the property. In the springtime many different types of flowers blossom all throughout. This place has an amazing and unique atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with an access code to use on a smart lock on the date of arrival



The Neighborhood:

The beach is right across the road. You can either walk there and cross the road and go down the pretty trail or you can bring your vehicle at park it at the parking lot next to the trail. It is a very private beach, and you will see very few people if anyone at all. The property is surrounded by beautiful trees. You can see the ocean and the beautiful sunsets from the property as well. The town of Brookings, OR is only about a 5 min drive.



Interaction with Guests:

A check-in code and WI-Fi Access will be assigned to you on the date of arrival for access to the home. Please contact us if you have any questions during your stay. There may be other guests in the cottage on the property. The property is on 2 acres. You are welcome to walk around the property, but please respect the other guests privacy.
