The ground floor comprises of three spacious bedrooms, elegant main bathroom with separate toilet, laundry and second living/entertaining area with smart tv.

Upstairs you will find the spacious living room with smart tv and beautiful views across the waters of Smiths Beach plus the expansive master bedroom with enormous walk-in robe, dual access bathroom with large shower, bath, and separate powder room.

The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by stainless steel kitchen appliances, stone bench top and breakfast seating for 4 people and Nespresso coffee machine.

We have plenty of dining space for the whole family with a large dining table seating 8 people comfortably.

The living area seamlessly flows out to the wrap around entertaining Merbau decking, the perfect place to sit and watch the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
