Lovely home /all you need
Enjoyed our stay very much! Josephine was super responsive ahead of and during our stay. This home is beautifully redone with all modern amenities. The beds cozy and linen/towels superior quality. The kitchen well stocked and it was appreciated to have on hand some necessities like coffee, olive oil etc The only thing not so great is the single parking spot with no street parking allowed. Not this owners fault - she offered up options within walking distance - unfortunately we got ticketed on William St our 2nd night (our fault). It was a terrific experience overall.

Enjoyed this excellent, spacious property.
We were very pleased with this rental. It has been nicely renovated throughout, with new kitchen & baths. Very spacious & clean. And with plenty of towels, etc. we never once found we were lacking in such supplies. Laundry room next to the kitchen was convenient. As others have noted

Golfing Getaway
The home is exactly as described and pictured. Completely updated inside, perfect for our 2 day getaway. The kitchen is stocked nicely with the necessities to whip up breakfast. Close to downtown and some nice pubs and restaurants.

We stayed 3 nights in Smiths Falls. The house was very nice and clean. The living area was spacious. Well stocked kitchen and amenities. The hosts reached out to make sure that our stay was going well (sorry Josephine. I had trouble responding on my end). Would consider staying at this house again.

Very nice older home. The only issue is no bathroom on the main floor. It would be wonderful to have at a half bath on the main floor. The stairs are quite steep and if you are older alot of climbing to get up and down to a bathroom. Other wise it was a well equipped home and very clean.

The house is so pretty and clean and we found more than what we needed . The house is in great shape and we felt home. Very nice place in Smith Falls
We really liked the location of this property. Even thought it is an older home it an an updated layout and nicely decorated. Although not a problem for many it is useful to know that this is a two story house with no bathroom on the main floor and the stair to the second floor are a bit steep. Just something to keep in mind if you are traveling with young or older guests. Communication, check in and all else was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Cozy and well-equipped
We had a comfortable stay in this well-equipped home. Nicely updated old house. Walking distance to downtown and several good restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen. Fairly quiet area and on-street parking is possible in front of the house. Neighbours' dogs woke us one night but otherwise we slept well.

The home is located in an area that is close to the rail tracks and we were concerned about noise but was not discernible during our overnight stay.. The beds were comfortable and did the trick for our stay. We'll stocked kitchen and floor plan was good for family dinner. Would recommend.

A cozy four bedroom, two bathroom house that was nice and close to where we needed to be during our weekend stay. The house is decorated in a cozy manner and the kitchen fully outfitted for what you need while you're there. We will be keeping this location in mind for our next stay!

Very comfortable, well equipped and clean house. Area was a bit run down, but quiet except for the odd train. It was a little inconvenient that all links push you to VRBO, because we dont have an account there, but communication with the host was nevertheless excellent. I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Smith Falls
Beautifully renovated town home in Smith Falls. With four bedrooms upstairs there was lots of room for our group and there was also lots of space downstairs to gather together to cook/eat and play games. Close enough to walk to downtown Smith Falls (main street) restaurants and shops. Everything was provided - linens, towels, soap, shampoo, even coffee and tea. Any questions we had were promptly answered by Josefine and we had a great reunion.
