EV Charging Available
The property features an EV charger - a Tesla Universal Charger compatible with all electric vehicles.

Pool Information:
The pool is available for guest use and is shared between 5 houses this year (and may be shared with up to 8 houses in summer). It is open from Memorial Day through October and is not heated.

Outdoor Grill and Firepit:
We are unable to provide propane refills. If the tank runs empty, you can get refills at any nearby gas station or convenience store. Just send us a photo of the receipt and we'll happily reimburse you!


BEACH ACCESS

The new beach crossover directly across from the property is almost complete; it is expected to be completed on July 10, 2026, providing convenient access to the beach.

Please note that construction may still be wrapping up, so use caution and follow any posted signs or temporary instructions.

⚠️ Please use only the designated public beach access. All other beach crossovers in the area are private property and are not available for public use.

RENTAL TERMS
Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $500.00$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 7 days after stay if there is no damage.

☆ CANCELATION POLICY ☆

Please refer to your cancelation policy + $150 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
