For your enjoyment there is a lovely upper deck and a spacious deck under the house, with hot and cold shower, private beach access, and dining options. Just steps away beautiful ocean waves are breaking at your feet. No need to carry your beach supplies blocks to the beach. Watch dolphins play, walk the beach, play in the surf, read a good book, the relaxing options are endless. Our beach cottage is laid out beautifully, perfect for a small family or group. You walk into the open concept living room with direct view to the dining, kitchen AND the glorious ocean. Walk down a few steps on the lower deck and you have arrived , beach and waves as far as you can see. There are 2 bedrooms: #1 queen bed and #2 bunk over full bed. There is a queen sleeper in the living room. Dining table seats 6 and there are 3 counter stools for conversing with the chef. Three quarters bath, with a shower. The proximity of this cottage to the main attraction, aka THE BEACH, is rare and unique. Whole house, direct access to the beach from the lower deck, parking for two cars, and upper and lower deck areas. Smart TV in great room with cable and ability for you to stream your subscriptions.

There are charging stations in each of the bedrooms & one in the great room. Each station allows plug-in or USB charging.
